What Is Your MOQ
This needs to be discussed in detail, as the larger the order quantity, the more favorable the price and the lower the transportation cost. Of course, we will provide you with some suggestions based on your actual needs.

Can I Arrange Third Party Inspection?
It’s no problem to arrange third party inspection before shipment, please book the inspection date 7 days in advance

How do you deliver the goods to us?
Usually we book the shipment with your appointed forwarder, or can ship to your warehouse with our shipment company.

How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 15 days for MOQ.We have large production capacity,which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

Can I get Samples?
We provide existing samples for free.But a little sample charge for custom design.You need pay shipping cost.
Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.We send samples by FedEx,UPS,TNT or DHL.
If you have carrier account,we will ship with your account.If not,you can pay the freight charge to our paypal.We will ship with our account.

How long is the sample lead time?
7 days for existing samples. 15 days for custom samples,subject to your artwork.

What information do you need if I want to order products with our own design?
Tell us you requirement or provide your design in JPG,doc,AI or PDF format.Our in house designer will work our 3D drawing for your final approval.

What is your payment term?
Our normal payment is T/T 30% deposit after order signed and 70% against copy of B/L.
We also accept LC at sight.

What kind of products do you offer?
We have many products that meet market demand, and we can also provide more up-to-date product information, some of which are the latest products that have not yet appeared on the market, which can help you predict product information faster. We provide you with more professional and comprehensive services

What do you do for logo customization?
Laser engraving logo,silkscreen printing,Heat transfer printing,3D printing and Embossed. 

If customization is required, what materials are needed and what is the process?
We are very willing to accept customized products, but there will be some processes involved.

1. Firstly, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with you, and then based on your drawings
Our engineering team will release DFM (Manufacturing Design) reports and assist in modifying drawings. If you only have design concepts without drawings, our R&D team will provide design support to complete the drawings.

2. After understanding all your requirements, we will provide you with a quotation for the mold cost and product price. The payment terms for the mold are 50% deposit, and 50% payment will be made after the sample is approved by you. The payment terms for mass production are usually a 30% or 50% deposit, with the remaining balance to be paid in full before final shipment.

3. The delivery cycle for mold manufacturing is 5 weeks. You will receive 3D printed prototype samples to complete the design, as well as T1 and T2 samples for final approval of your customized mold.

4. After the T2 mold sample is approved and a deposit is received, we will begin mass production. The delivery time for mass production is 45 days. For customized design projects, the delivery time will be longer.

5. After receiving the final payment, we will work with your freight forwarder to arrange shipment.
